The project focuses on creating a transparent, efficient ecosystem where customers, mechanics, and sellers interact easily, supported by messaging, payments, and inventory tools.
As the Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design across all user groups. I created the diagnosis-driven messaging flow, enabling mechanics to review reports, create repair carts, and complete transactions directly in chat. I designed the seller experience—including inventory management, sales analytics, and fast zero-charge payouts—ensuring sellers can manage their business confidently.


For customers, I designed intuitive product discovery paths, including streamlined search, product categorization, and filtering built specifically for electrical and mechanical car parts. I also designed the overall marketplace experience, including the landing page, feature introductions, and GearUp’s escrow-based protection system.
This project demonstrates my ability to design complex multi-role marketplaces, optimize workflow tools, and build cohesive product experiences powered by real user needs.
